I started training with Ian a year ago at a bootcamp he was running. Somehow he managed to motivate me to do press ups in a cold, damp park far too early on a Saturday morning! Since then I have completed my first half marathon with the inspirational guidance and encouragement from Ian, something I never thought I’d do. His personal training sessions have made me stronger and healthier whilst always working towards a personal goal. Ian always listens and teaches why each exercise is beneficial. The weight section in the gym is no longer scary but my favourite place!
