I signed up to be trained by Ian a year ago with the goal of losing weight, toning up and getting fit. To be fair, it was an ambitious goal to reach but I found that Ian was as dedicated to succeed as I was. Ian’s approach to personal training is understanding, supportive and encouraging which is exactly what I needed, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout each session. The past year has completely changed my life in a truly wonderful way. I have lost 4 stone and am only 9 lbs away from my target weight. I am physically fit and mentally stimulated. The only way is up!!
